This little book is a real beauty and features mauchline style boards and a faux leather spine. It comes in a presentation box and does not appear to have been used. It was published by the Special Sunday Companion. At the time I can find no other editions of this book online which makes it very difficult to date! It appears it may have had a protective plastic jacket at some point during it's life and some remnants of browned plastic are partially stuck to the boards.
Other than some wear to the board edges, the book is in very good condition. The box shows some marks and a small stain to one edge. Inside, the pages show light age toning

The book will arrive hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and ribbon.
I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is biodegradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
