I came up with the “Adopt a Book” idea to find homes for unloved books. These books are a little more worn than the other books available in my shop but are still lovely antique reading editions. Reading old editions of classic novels is an even more immersive experience than reading modern paperbacks. There’s nothing quite like it, in my opinion.

I have a large range of book themed gifts and cards available in my shop, and hope to continue adding to this range as time goes by. They’re predominantly designed by the artist Hazel Hicklin who has created a range of designs celebrating books and well known bookish quotes.

Alongside my love of books, I also enjoy working with fabric. I offer a collection of hand bound notebooks and diaries, specialising in designer fabrics such as Liberty of London and William Morris.
