This stunning early 20th Century full leather manuscript book is filled with so many wonderful things - drawings, sketches, verse, paintings and autographs. It is bound in full leather with a snakeskin effect.
Externally it's in very good condition, with wear and rubbing to the edges and corners of the book as well as the boards. This has caused minor surface loss to the leather in places. The leather shows minor marking and there is sunning to the spine. The book has a slight forward lean.
Inside, there is cracking to the gutter in places but no loose pages. There are some loose cuttings tucked inside. The pages show handling marks and foxing, with occasional chips to the page edges. Please see photos for the wide variety of pages filled. There are a few blank leaves but most are filled.

The book will arrive hand wrapped in patterned paper and string.
I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is biodegradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
