This beautiful edition of The Dynast's by Thomas Hardy contains An Epic Drama of the War with Napoleon. It was published by Macmillan in 1923 and features a half Morocco binding. The spine has five raised bands and there is gilt tooling. Top edge gilt.
The book is in very good condition but does show sunning to the spine and slight cracking to the top of the front joint. The corners are lightly worn and there is minor soiling to the leather.
Inside, the endpapers are marbled and there are no inscriptions or writings of any kind. The pages show light age toning and there is a rubbed out pencil price to one of the blank preliminary pages.

I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
