This lovely, vintage edition of Fanny Burney's Diary was published by Folio Society in 1961. Sadly the book doesn't have it's slipcase. The book is bound in red cloth with gilt decoration to the front and spine.
It's in very good condition with just a small bump to the bottom edge of the front board. There is minor marking to the text block edges.
Inside, the pages are clean and bright with minimal signs of use. Dimensions approximately 22.1cm x 14.7cm x 2.7cm.
The book will arrive hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and string.
I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
