This beautiful edition of Later Days by WH Davies was published by Jonathon Cape in 1929. The book is bound in half leather with marbled paper boards and delicate gilt tooling to the spine. 

It's in very good condition for it's age with the most noticeable condition point being the fading to the spine. There are minor marks to the leather and wear to the corners. The text block edges are foxed. 

Inside, the pages show light age toning and very occasional foxing but are otherwise clean and bright. There are no inscriptions. 

Dimensions approximately 17.4cm x 12cm x 1.8cm. 

The book will be hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and string.

I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
