This stunning antique edition of In The City of Flowers A Story by Mrs Emma Marshall was published in 1889 by Seeley and Co. It is bound in red cloth with gilt detail and lettering to the front and spine. It's in very good condition, with the main flaw being the fading to the spine. The boards are slightly bowed with minor foxing to the text block edges.
Inside, the pages are clean and bright with very occasional foxing. There is a penned inscription to the half title page which has offset some ink to the opposite page. There is also a pencilled name and date to the front pastedown.
Dimensions approximately 19.9cm x 14.3cm x 3.8cm.

I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
