This stunning little edition of A Little Book of Friendship was published by G Harrap and Co in 1926.
This little book is bound in faux leather with gilt and green decoration to the front board. It's in fine condition, with only minor rubbing to the corners and spine ends.
Inside, the pages show light age toning and there is one crack to the gutter between pages 16 and 17 - despite this the pages remain tightly bound. The pages feature beautiful floral borders in a style reminiscent of the Glasgow School of Arts.
Dimensions approximately 13.3cm x 7.6cm x 1cm.
The book will arrive hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and string.
I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
