This beautiful French Book called Petit Paroissien is a miniature Catholic Prayer book. It features a full leather binding with elaborate embossed detail in gilt to the boards and spine. The boards are cushioned which makes this book particularly lovely to handle. All edges gilt.

It's in near fine condition with light wear to the spine and spine ends. The leather shows minor marking.
Inside, there are prettily patterned endpapers and no inscriptions or writings of any kind. The pages show age toning but are otherwise clean and bright. There is a chip to the edge of the frontispiece.
Dimensions approximately 9.3cm x 5.5cm x 1.7cm. The book will arrive hand wrapped in patterned paper and string.
I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
