This collection of three half calf leather books have been put together due to their beautiful gilt decorated spines and their marbled edges. It's a lovely little stack that looks attractive together on the bookshelf.
The books are in very good condition. Each book is bound in half calf, with gilt tooled spines and marbled text block edges. They show general signs of wear, with some loss to the surface of the leather in places. There is some fading and discolouration. Please look at the photos for a better idea of condition as these form part of the condition report.
Smallest volume measures approximately 19cm x 12.8cm. Largest volume measures approximately 21.7cm x 15.7cm.
The books will arrive hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and string.
I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
