This stunning edition of That Little Beggar E King Hall was published by Blackie and Son. The book itself is undated but there is a presentation plate inside dated 1902. So the book is either from the very end of the Victorian era or the start of the Edwardian era.
The book is beautifully bound in blue cloth with pictorial decoration to the front board and spine. It's in very good condition with just some bumping to the board edges and wear to the corners. The spine ends are crushed.
Inside, there is a presentation plate glued to the front pastedown and tanning to the pages.
Dimensions approximately 18.4cm x 12.6cm x 1.6cm.
The book will arrive hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and string.
I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
