This beautiful edition of The Poetical Works of Lord Byron was published by Humphrey Milford Oxford University Press in 1970. It features a lambskin binding with floral gilt decoration to the spine. The book still has it's original slipcase which is lovely to see.
The slipcase shows some light scuffing, with wear to the corners and edges. The label has been partially removed. The book is in excellent condition with minimal wear. It doesn't appear to have been read! There is a very small mark to the edge of the text block.
Inside, there is a written inscription on the front free endpaper but no other signs of use.
Dimensions (with slipcase) approximately 20cm x 14cm x 3.8cm.
All books purchased will be hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and string.
I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
