This beautiful vintage edition of How and What to Dance by W Lamb was published by C Arthur Pearson Ltd in 1912. So the book is over 110 years old. It is bound in green cloth with pictorial decoration of an elegant lady and gentleman to the front board. It's in excellent condition, with only bumping to the bottom corner of the front board and a very slight forward lean to the book. There is some rubbing to the black decoration and lettering.
Inside, the pages show tanning but there is no foxing. There are superficial cracks to the gutter in places but the pages remain tightly bound. There are printed advertisement pages to the front.
Dimensions approximately 18.5cm x 12.5cm x 1.7cm.
The book will arrive hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and string.
I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
