This lovely edition of The Lady of the Camelias by Alexandre Dumas Fils was published by William Heinemann. It's a unique copy that's been rebound by Brian Humphrey with his signature gilt snail in the bottom corner of the back board. It's unique though, because it's been bound with the wrong title page - the novel inside is Lady of the Camelias but the title page states it is The Black Tulip.
Alexandre Dumas Fils was the son of well known author Alexandre Dumas (perhaps best known for The Three Musketeers and Count of Monte Cristo).
It's in very good condition, but the book does show a slight forward lean. There is minor marking and discolouration to the leather and some scuffs to the back board. One of the gilt flowers on the spine wasn't stamped as cleanly as the others.
Inside, the pages are clean and bright with occasional minor marking. There are colour illustration plates.

I use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable. I also reuse boxes when I feel it's appropriate (if the boxes are sturdy enough).
