All edges gilt. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAlthough the book was written as fiction, the book has a lot of information on natural history and country pursuits.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt's in good condition but is showing it's age. There is wear and crushing to the corners and bumping to the board edges. The front board is lightly rubbed and there is marking and discolouration to the back board. The spine is sunned and dulled, with splitting and minor loss to the spine ends. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInside, there is cracking to the front hinge which has revealed the binding webbing. There are also cracks to the gutter in places and a few page segments stick out slightly from the edge of the text block. There is a penned inscription to the top of the title page. The pages show age toning throughout with sporadic foxing and handling marks. Dimensions approximately 19.4cm x 14.9cm x 3.4cm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll books purchased will be hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and string.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable.
