The spine is sunned with some minor chipping to the surface of the leather and rubbing to the spine ends. There is also some rubbing and scuffing to the boards. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInside, there is a name plate to the front pastedown and there is heavy foxing throughout. There are occasional cracks to the gutter but the pages remain tightly bound. There is a name written in pencil on page one. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach flower is illustrated in colour by Hulme and described in detail, including its habitat and medicinal use. There were eventually nine volumes, the last of which was published posthumously. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDimensions of each volume is 19.3cm x 13.7cm x 2.7cm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe books will arrive securely wrapped in bubble wrap, patterned wallpaper and string.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is biodegradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable.
