The book is bound in brown cloth but has been rebacked, with a new cloth spine inserted and the remains of the original spine attached over the top. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s in good condition but there is heavy loss to the original spine. There is wear to the corners and board edges, with minor loss to the cloth at three of the corners. The boards show some light marking and chipping. There is a name in pen to the bottom edge of the text block. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInside, the book was given new endpapers when it was rebacked. There is a penned name and pencilled initials to the half title page, and another penned name on the previous page. The pages show age toning and sporadic handling marks and foxing. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe book has black and white illustrations within the text as well as two moving \"clocks\" - a geographical clock and an astronomical clock. Dimensions approximately 14.6cm x 10cm x 2.1cm. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe book will arrive hand wrapped in patterned wallpaper and string. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI use a range of eco friendly, 100% recyclable jiffy bags and boxes, and whenever possible I use brown paper tape. The green bubble wrap is oxo-degradable and the clear bubble wrap is 100% recyclable.
